I wanted speakers for our patio, but didn't want to shell out a lot. These fit the bill. They are clear, no crackling or distortion. I Iturn up my receiver about halfway and sound fills the entire back yard. I have them mounted on the deck posts. The only negative things I can say are that one of the plastic nuts that connect the wire didn't want to thread ( and it was difficult to get wires connected due to the position of the holes in the posts) and that the mounting brackets seem a little flimsy. They have worked fine so far, and you can rotate the speakers on the bracket to aim them where you want. But they are thin and bend easily. The speakers are a little large and heavier than they look, but so far I love them.

Los altavoces de diseño están muy bonitos, el sonido también es muy bueno y los 150 Watios que dice el fabricante son reales, ahora que yo los compre para instalarlos en un jardín y por eso tuve en cuenta que fueran outdoor, entiendo que no son capaces de aguantar lluvia pero que si aguantan un salpiqueo de agua, sobre todo cuando se riega el jardín, pues resulta que la tapa de goma que se encarga de hacer esta estanqueidad no tiene fuerza para quedarse cerrada y con el simple empuje de la manguera, que es mínimo, esta se abre y los contactos quedan expuestos al agua.

We have purchased these twice now, the first set we believed were defective so we returned them. The next set worked for only a few days and the sound quality went again. The speakers work at first and sound great but after a few times of playing them they sound like they are on the lowest volume setting and will not turn up. They also have a setting on the back for indoor/outdoor but it is not marked on the speaker and the book does not clearly show which way is correct. I am hoping to return these also. I will stay away from these. We gave a set as a gift to a family member and I hope theirs work better. How embarrassing to give a poor quality gift.

Product is great. My husband put the speakers up on our patio, mounting them vertically. Easy to install he says. The speakers have great sound, even the neighbors are impressed. In fact, he yelled over the fence the other day to turn them up, even though he has his own speakers! I wish my amplifier had a little more wattage to push these speakers, but I will take it, we have a Niles sound system. Sounds great, and would be them again. We have only had them up for about a month, so we will see how these hold up in this Florida weather.After the mixed teviews on here I decided to post a follow up. It has been 1 year now and we have had no issues with our speakers! So far there has had no sign rusting in this harsh Florida weather... Granted they are under the awning. Sound quality is still good, although I do wish for more bass but not a nessesity. I would still buy then again for the price it is worth it!

I spend a lot of time reading reviews on outdoor speakers before pulling the trigger on these Pyle speakers. I don't think I could have made a better decision. The best thing about these speakers is the sound. I've gone to many of pation/deck functions where outdoor speakers were not all that great and sound would get lost in wide open spaces. You will not have that problem with the Pyle speakers. I was shocked at how much bass these speakers put out while maintaining the clarity of the mids and high notes. My one complaint is not with the sound but with the mounting system. It's pretty easy except if you mount them in a horizontal position it can be a bit of a challenge to get them to stay at the angle you want. You have to really tighten down the side "screws" and even then you may have to revisit those "screws" to tighten them again. Bottom line...I would highly recommend these speakers if you are looking for nice speakers at a decent price.
