I tried OtterBox Symmetry, Defender, Pelican Protector, and the other Spigen cases. Of all the cases I tried, this was the winner and it wasn't close.Pro's:+ Perfected design. Spigen has been using this design for years, and it just looks great and works well. It's genuinely such a premium looking case.+ Fantastic materials. This is not a made in China, TEMU-special. This is designed in the USA and manufactured in South Korea. Material quality is superb - I don't know how they did it honestly. This is not the typical squishy, malleable TPU & of all the cases I tested (OtterBox, Pelican, other Spigen), this one feels the most high quality by an order of magnitude.+ Protective enough in the right places. For example, the ridge around the screen is tall enough that it extends past a glass screen protector, it has a fully covered camera plateau (personal preference for me to have it covered with ScratchGate), and a ridge to protect your lenses.+ Button feel. This is a big one for iPhones with the camera button & I can report that it works well here. The rest of the buttons are true perfection - they genuinely feel nicer through this case than without it. Many cases have the action button even with or protruding further than the volume rocker which caused me to frequently press it accidentally when trying to increase volume. This case, thankfully, has the action button slightly recessed with an aggressive texture to it.+ MagSafe. Magnets are strong, case isn't so thick that you lose too much efficiency.+ Price. I don't know why this can be had for $20 when everything else is $50+.Cons:- Kickstand. If I had to give one nitpick on the ToughArmor, it would be the kickstand. It's a clever design but it's not something I use much and does strike me as a potential failure point down the road, especially if you're using it frequently. It doesn't feel cheap though, and I am thankful that it is unobtrusive to the design and aesthetic of the case. Also in case you are wondering: you are unable to use MagSafe while the phone is propped up with the kickstand.

The Tough Armor has always been one of my favorite cases. The fit on my phone is great, the quality of the case is great, there is more than adequate screen and camera protection, the buttons are very tactile and responsive, and it feels so good in my hands. And for those who it matters to, there's even a camera control button. Not a deal breaker for me, but I'm sure is for some. Oh and the case also has a built in kickstand which is a super nice feature. It allows me to be able to watch videos and other content with ease. The hard PC back is super smooth but will show smudges and other marks if you have grease or oils on your hands. Again something that really doesn't matter to me at all. Overall the Tough Armor is a phenomenal case. It has everything that I look for in a case, and the best part is, it's less than $30. Spigen gets a 10/10 for this one!

Great case as usual. Inexpensive and offers great protection for your phone. The iPhone 17 case is MagSafe compatible. Includes a kickstand for propping up your phone for video viewing or whatever but I mostly use it to fidget lol. Easy to install like any other phone case.However, the Tough Armor line seems to always have issues with being hard to hold in your hand though. The case is slick and has no grip. The edges of the case are not particularly ergonomic.

I’ve been ordering this specific case for all of my previous IPhones and the protection has not changed. The 4 corner air chambers make this phone extremely shock absorbing. The construction is tough while not being bulky at all. It’s simply light yet strong. Sides have a non slippery grip so it feels solid in your hand. The kickstand is very convenient and does its job consistently even though it feels a little flimsy. Great quality case!

Excellent case. Perfect fit for my iPhone 17 Pro Max as well as their screen protector. Feels solid in my hand, has good corner protection, easy to access buttons, etc. Does exactly what I wanted a case to do which is significantly different than the Apple woven fabric case that allowed my screen to crack the very first time I accidentally dropped the phone. After 2 weeks of constant use, this case Spigen case feels much more protective, easy to mag charge, is not too thick, and looks great.
