This is pretty cool, has a lot of functions, its comfort level is good for its purpose, took a little to get used to, good sound quality, connects Bluetooth, I like the control buttons and it fits adequately , I will use this while im busy, its pretty convenient

No branding at all on the device or packaging (other than "X14") so I have no faith in any form of customer service if needed.Feels like cheap plastic, reasonably comfortable but not quite as much so as my former SHOKZ Aeropex, decent audio and easy to setup and use. I also like the standard USB-C charging point (accessed under a small silicone or plastic tab) rather than any proprietary cable. Do I believe these will resist water more than the smallest splash? No. If they fail, could I purchase three more and still not have paid as much as I did for my SHOKZ? Yes. Audio quality is good enough for 1/4 the price.They just arrived this morning and I've listened to about 3 hours of audio, so cannot comment on longevity.UPDATE 5/20/2025: One drawback of the volume buttons also activating (on double press) "next" and "previous" playlist actions is that trying to change the volume quickly frequently goes to another media file.UPDATE 8/9/2025: When using this headset to listen to computer audio, it tends to cut out the audio stream very quickly during silence (almost like it's trying to save power when it detects no audio, but it's too aggressive), so when audio resumes a moment later, sometimes the first bit is cut off. Overall these have held up well so far, and I have even used them to listen to audio while showering so they resist water well enough (but your mileage may vary, it's your risk).

Great sounding and a very comfortable fit. They work will with my glasses. I am able to walk around the house with the phone in the living room which many of my headsets are a fail at. I like the button control, which does take a bit of getting use to. great for walking and driving without losing the ability to hear what is around you. They feel fairly sturdy, and flex in a comfortable way. Easy to pair and charge. The only downsides are the base is a bit weak, but vocals and mids are great and the battery's life is a bit over stated. A great value for someone considering this style of head phone.

Works well, good comfort, sound, and clarity. Good fit and function. One minor issue if you want to call it that, the button or switch is very small. Not too small to use but small enough that its not exactly intuitive. However this is excellent value for the money if you don't mind the tiny button.

I wanted to experience bone conduction but did not want to invest too much in case I did not like it. Overall these work better than I would have expected for the price but there do seem to be a few problems with them.On the positive side, they are comfortable and the battery does last a long time. Also while the audio is not great it is fairly good, better than I was expecting for the price. Finally, I have read that other products in this price range can be too quiet that is not the case with these. In fact when outdoors (e.g. cross country skiing) I find if I want to hear things going on around me I need to keep the volume very low (but can still hear the audio just fine).The not so good things are that they don't stay in place very well and I frequently have to move them back into place, and things like my shirt/jacket collar frequently bumps them out of place. I have also had them turn themselves off a few min after I start using them (fully charged battery). And a few times they have what I am assuming is gone to "sleep" and while my phone indicated they were still connected they would not pass audio so I had to shut them off, turn them back on and reconnect them to my phone to get them working again. While the battery lasts a looooong time, there is no charge indication. Apparently they don't beep or give any other indication that the battery is low and so will just shut off when the charge is depleted. While that was just an annoyance when listening to music, it would be worse if I were on a call or using them for a remote meeting.So while I will say they are better than I was expecting, I would describe these as a low risk way to try out bone conduction. But they not something I would recommend unless the low price was the most important feature.I will probably be replacing these with a higher end product soon.
