Impressed with the quality for the price. Got these for the gym instead of using my airpods so I could toss these in my gym bag and leave them in there. They hold a charge for a long time, sound is good, and fit nicely. I like the convenience of the cord so I can let them dangle around my neck if I take them out for a moment.

Update: I got in contact with the company and they sent me a replacement pair free of charge. They were very fast and responsive. I'm very pleased because I really like these headphones.I bought these earbuds to use while working out. They had a good secure fit and good sound quality, and have a long battery life. I appreciated the physical button to adjust the volume. Unfortunately, the button stopped working after about 6 months. Now, 1 year after purchase, they will not connect to any bluetooth device. You get what you pay for, but I'm disappointed that they only lasted a year.

Product ear pieces are big and hurt my ears. I changed them out to the smallest ones that they provide and still hurt. I gave them away. I won’t order from this company again. Value is ok , earbud sounded good until they hurt my ears, battery life is good.

I am very impressed by the rich sound of the Joywise IPX7 Bluetooth Headphone Earbuds. The ear loops have a soft surface that feels comfortable on the ear. The volume control is easy accessed on the right ear bud, as is the main on/off 'MFB' button. My surprise is that the cord or 'cable' connecting the two earbuds is soft and flexible, hanging like a necklace or chain onto your neck and shoulders. Other products like this use a solid band that wraps around the back of your head and neck. The cord is 21 inches long, which I hope will not catch on something, but I feel will allow the headphones to lay and hang nicely from the neck when I need to remove them from the ears for a short time.The controls are simple for just listening to music, and more challenging for answering a phone call because the single 'MFB' button uses a 'short press' to Answer a Call, a 'short press' to End a Call, and a 'long press' of 1 second to Reject a Call. There's also a 'short press twice' operation to activate the Voice Assistant (whatever that is). The USB-C charging port is one more step toward getting rid of the older micro-USB cables, which is good.

The sound is good enough for the gym work out. I could use more bass. Extremely comfortable with an assortment of silicon speaker covers. I have small ears and small ear canals which makes me difficult to fit. These are pretty darn good for the price.
