The gems are stuck on with a big piece of, like, double sided sticky... something. Not tape. Gets dirty fast and gets deformed by the phone case. The cord stopped working in just a few months. Pretty, but not worth the money

is it the second time I bought this item and it no longer works. I got one use out of it and then it stopped working. I keep this primarily in my center console so it’s not getting wrapped up with other cords or sitting out, so I don’t understand why the cord stopped working. Ideally this would be a great product as the cord is long and it is compatible with different devices, but this has a very short cord life.
