This is a good-looking necklace, especially at this price point. The chain does not look or feel cheap. I was not familiar with "agate" as a gemstone before I bought this necklace, but the agate pendant itself - while certainly not flashy - appears to be of decent quality. I appreciate that the gemstone is set within the frame instead of glued onto it (like many other inexpensive gemstone necklaces.) One feature that I REALLY like about this necklace and that sets it apart from others is the clasp: so many necklaces, both men and women, come with chains that have tiny, cheap clasps that are nearly impossible to grip and break easily. That is not the case with this necklace: it has a large clasp, and it was easy for me to open and close it and fasten it by myself (sadly, this is a rarity when it comes to many pieces of jewelry.) I highly recommend this necklace if you are looking for a simple men's necklace that isn't expensive but also doesn't trade quality and craftsmanship for a low price.
