This is my 3rd purchase and the items have all arrived on time. Ugg quality as expected. Very warm and the pom pom has never lots it's shape and the fur fluffiness has been good after wearing out in the snow.Very comfortable, fits a little baggy but not big. It is think enough to cover my ears from the dry cold Colorado weather.
