I’ve only had it for 2 days now and those 2 days with it have been really good. Just now I was having some sad thoughts but after using it for a minuet or two I was back to calm. It’s a very nice and soothing whistling sound. The black was pretty nice. I thought it would be a matte black with a texture but it’s smooth. It’s pretty easy to use. You literally just have to breathe in (with(out)) it in your mouth then breathe out. $11 is a decent price for it. you could deff get it cheaper on like Temu. It’s small and light but very nice.

Happy got it today , love the color and nothing wrong with it , lol i am happy i did clean it before trying it because i had seen a post saying to clean the inside before trying it and saw there was stuff on q-tip after i cleaned it , i am hoping it does help for me for not vapeing , it is a bit noisy if u dont cover one hole but does work better with the one hole covered , all in all i do really like it alot and am happy with it .

Bought to help quit smoking and it's given me something to do with my hands and mouth to distract from wanting nicotine. Def recommend trying it out if your looking to quit.

No. It says it's silent (zero noise), but it's actually VERY noisy... And the air passing through the pipe "feels" rough, like it's catching on things inside rather than having the promised spiral innards. The instructions say nothing about covering the two side holes. If you do that, it is silent but then there's major resistance like you can't breathe out. Is it supposed to be like that? I really found it annoying. BTW several video reviews show folks inhaling through it, instead of following the instructions and breathing in through your nose and out through the tube...

Very pleasant to look at. It does have weight to it so sometimes using it can make it tiring. It is easier to use if being held.

It's nicely made, but I was hoping it was gonna provide a little more resistance that makes you take a deeper breath. It's literally like a tube, so it's like taking a breath through a straw. It looks nice and the necklace makes it easy to access. Cheap and I can imagine it would work ok with someone who fidgets often, maybe a student. But it wasn't what I expected and didn't help with the purpose I needed it for.
