I love this contemporary-looking necklace. The polished, stainless steel pendant duo is beautiful and adds a fashionable vibe to any outfit. The chain is adjustable from 22 to 26 inches, so it works well with a variety of shirts.I have never seen an anxiety pendant like this for use with the 4-7-8 breathing technique. You’d never guess this modern pendant could help during anxious moments, but it does, as it helps you slowly exhale for the 8 count.This would be a great gift for anyone suffering from anxiety. But it is equally just as great for its stylishness and cost.

This Stainless Steel Mindfulness Breathing necklace attracted my attention as I have done a lot of mindfulness training in my life and sometimes it is helpful to have a reminder of exactly that. Putting mindfulness into practice is not hard, but even the best of us sometimes lose focus or forget our training and this chain and the breathing tool are a means to keep me always aware and since slipping it on, I find I am constantly touching it, reminding myself. The version I ordered differs slightly from the current listing, but the effect will be the same for those who believe. The one difference in my training from what is stated in the listing is the actual breath technique and I still use the one I learned which is 4-4, four seconds taking a deep breath in and then four seconds slowly exhaling. But either should work if you put your mind to it.
