Just received this today, but already impressed. I smoked cigarettes for over 20 years. Smoked 1/2 a pack a day - give or take.Then I switched to vaping for the last 3-4 years because I was coughing a lot and cigs were getting expensive. Vaping was less than 1/2 the cost. It was a little different than smoking, but I got used to it and then couldn’t go back to cigs. The vaping is now making me cough more, I need to quit but I’m struggling. I have noticed a lot of my vaping seems to be because it’s just in my hand more. It’s the habit more than the addiction.However, I did want something with some resistance as deep breathing methods aren’t working.Pressing firmly on both the holes on this device, I find the resistance is definitely strong enough. For those saying there isn’t any resistance, I wonder if they were using it correctly. I have the mint flavour, which is strong. I can feel it leaving a cool, minty feeling on my tongue. Almost like menthol smokes used to do. I wasn’t a fan back then of that brand, but thanks to vaping and the flavours, I have adjusted to mint - as that’s all I could get for awhile. The taste is slightly off, I do see why some folks say there is a bit of a chemically taste to it. After using a few more times, this faded. Just a strong mint flavour. It’s working so far. If this can actually help me quit - it’s worth it! I will update this post after I’ve been using it awhile.

The flavor is very weak, it has a good resistance I just can’t really taste it sadly. I’ve only tried raspberry so far though so I guess it could be just a bum pack?

This does not help the cravings of smoking to me. I need the inhale and smoke simulation or it's pointless. This only help you to exhale else get a mouth full of essential oil taste. Yuk

Bought to help my husband quit vaping. Didn't work, he said it made him want to vape more. To be fair, I think you have to want to quit. He was medically being forced to quit at least temporarily. Even worse after using it for a few weeks when he gave up and went back to vaping he was going through more vape cartridges because he got used to pulling harder than he did before temporarily quiting. Quiting smoking/vaping is very much something you have to want to do, in which case this might be helpful. I use one for anxiety, just not with a cartridge, it helps.
